Camp Overview

This triathlon camp is designed for athletes aiming to reach optimal form before race day. The program features carefully planned workouts, skill refinement, adaptation to local conditions, and immersion in the race atmosphere.

Requirements for Participants

  • Confident freestyle swimming (1 km distance).

  • Open water swimming experience.

  • Proficiency in riding with clip-in pedals.

  • Ability to cycle 50+ km.

  • Capability to run 10 km non-stop.

  • Personal equipment required.


Camp Itinerary

May 12 (Monday):

  • Arrival, accommodation, and group introduction.

  • Bike ride (70 km, course familiarization).

  • Evening workshop on race rules.

May 13 (Tuesday):

  • Morning swim session (1.5 km, open water).

  • Morning run session (10 km).

  • Bike ride (50 km, focus on climbs).

  • Lecture on race nutrition.

May 14 (Wednesday):

  • Transition zone practice.

  • Open water swim session (1 km, group navigation).

  • Light run (5 km).

May 15 (Thursday):

  • Bike ride (40 km).

  • Practice swimming with a wetsuit.

  • Individual technique coaching.

May 16 (Friday):

  • Bike ride (30 km, final checks).

  • Lecture and discussion on race tactics.

  • Group dinner.

May 17 (Saturday):

  • Registration and race packet pick-up.

  • Bike racking in the transition zone.

  • Pasta party.

May 18 (Sunday):

  • Participation in Ocean Lava Montenegro (distance of your choice).

  • On-course support from coaches.

May 19 (Monday):

  • Rest day, results discussion, departure.


Pricing

€1300 per person
Includes:

  • Training sessions and professional coach support

  • Lectures and workshops

  • Organized training schedule

  • Accommodation on the villa (double accommodation) with own WC and shower

  • Transfer from and to the airport with the bike

  • Bike service and daily cleaning of the bike

  • T-shirt and water bottle of the camp

Excludes:

  • Ocean Lava Montenegro race registration (paid separately)

  • Flights

  • Meals

  • Bike rental

    Additional Option:
    You can also join any training session (without accommodation) during the camp for an additional €50/day.


Accommodation and Meals

  • Villa Options: Single room (+300 Euro for 7 days) 

  • Meals: Coffee and snacks included + water and snacks during rides


Additional Costs

  • Bike Rental: €55/day (€450 total for the camp).

  • Dinner (From 30 Euro) and breakfast (From 15 Euro) at Amphora restaurant

  • Trisuit Gobik ALLIGATOR 2.0 (160 Euro)
